Tenn. Teacher Accused of Sleeping With 13-Year-Old Student

the only teacher i've had who i actually thought was smoking was my freshman year comp 1 teacher. wow.

 

2 memories come to mind - both bad

3rd grade: The teacher was hot, but after I was sent out in the hallway for swats I didn't like her after that.

10 grade History teacher wore see through white pants, but she was ugly. I still remember that outline of her pubic area that's burnt in my skull - and during finals no less.

Dude, just about anything would give a 13 year old boy a rise. I definitely remember having to stay seated at my desk for a little while longer than others when I was 13, and believe me, it wasn't because I wanted it.

does it matter if the CHILD is sexually aroused? if an older man and young girl are watching a soap opera and the child gets sexually aroused it's then ok to have sex with her because she was turned on?

 

Uh how is that the same? What you described would be rape, nowhere does it say the kid was forced against his will to have sex. That might change when more facts come out, but the incident as described is that both of them had sex, not her raping him.

13 year old is a child and can't consent reguardless of their state of arousal/gender, was the point I was trying to make

 

I went out to eat with my parents tonight and we were talking about this. It turns out that this babe is the daughter of one of the most legendary high school girls basketball coaches in the state of TN in Lamar Rogers up in Clarkrange (her hometown, duh). Lamar has won something like 7 or 8 state titles and is like a local legend in northeast middle Tennessee. Apparently, his daughter had the reputation of being "wild" and wanting to "screw" at any opportunity. Refreshing to see that reputation has been cemented.
