pretty much what this guy said, but at a non-profit after school program. we have meetings about other meetings, proposals for meetings, voting on the proposals, proposals on methods of voting for meetings, agendas, minutes, more meetings, more proposals, more meetings... that and with a budget crisis in my state, we have made slashes, cuts and layoffs while our target numbers rise... I'm stepping down in June after three years at the helm of my site.
