I don't remember Harry being such a douche. Roger is somehow even more awesome the more threatened he becomes. joan's mom definitely is where some of those meaner streaks she has came from. Pryce is creepy. Good stuff. Also, highest rated MM premiere yet: http://insidetv.ew.com/2012/03/26/mad-men-season-5-premiere-shatters-records/
I guess MM is nichier than Walking Dead, but I'm shocked that it only drew a bit over 1/3 the viewers that the WD finale pulled.
What's up with this new girl in the photo with the nice set of goozers. Can I go look at her goozers on the internet with ease or are we going to have to bite our nails again like we did with Hendricks. Love me some goozers.
exactly, best part of the season premiere...finally glad its back, loved it, so much drama, and the segregatation angle is interesting...Roger is awesome...
WD is mainstream but Mad Men has an influence on society today that is on another level. From clothes to music to zoo bee zoo be zooo.
From a recent interview, the show runners mentioned they were going to give Betty more to do this season.
Interesting, I thought I read she was pregnant for much of this season's shooting and was unavailable to be on set a lot of the time. Wonder how that will work out.
Megan's character is definitely hotter than Betty, especially now that Betty is such an unhappy b****, but the actresses? not so sure there are many hotter TV actresses out their than January Jones, unless you are counting accents or simply prefer black hair/brunettes over blondes.
A friend of mine, who is black, posted last week on Facebook that after watching Mad Men he felt like he was born 50's years too late. He said he would feel right at home in the early 60's professional office, drinking martinis, wearing natty suits, and hitting on hawt secretaries. Another one of his FB friends, who is also black, replied: "If this were the early 60's you and I would be stuck working as janitors and cooks rather than running Madison Ave. ad agencies." I added: "I would probably be stuck dry cleaning those natty suits."
