the show got stupid, every episode was like a reboot, they knew echo was unstable yet they keep sending her out episode after episode...

As far as saving the show, you are probably right. But the lack of gratuitous smut is one of the reasons I liked Dollhouse.

Like RR said, last season ended very strongly and this season hadn't recaptured the magic, yet.

I saw it and kind of liked it as a possible send off, but not as a part of the real continuum. It pretty much laid out the whole direction of the show, ruining any sort of suspense they might try to create for those plot lines.

I loved Whedon's previous offerings, but only liked this one. Like others have pointed out, the end of season one, the first episode of season 2, and a couple of others from season one were excellent. But there were way too many filler episodes for my liking. Kind of like in the first couple of seasons of Lost where they had too many pointless backstories going on that I didn't care about.

The show definitely had a lot of potential though. It's a shame we only got to see flashes of it.

Should have aired on Sundays, Tuesdays, or multiple times during the week. How many g*****n cartoons and dancing reality shows do you need?

.... I'm not sure what you're saying the show needed more of.

The last 5 episodes Fox burned off has been interesting now that the plot is taking off. Only 3 are left.

Too bad it took cancellation to make it this far...

I actually think it's getting better because it got cancelled. Hence they had to start showing a lot of the more interesting big picture stuff in order to wrap it up.

The series finale is called Epitaph 2 and will finish the story I believe.

This song, or at least its sound, has been stuck in my head for a few weeks.

Rewatching the series now. It's a shame Eliza Dushku is such a **** actress. Otherwise this show was great.
