Was Vince Young "doing something right" when Pancakes was giving him props before that draft?

Pancakes has been on Manziel's knob the entire process and has been trying to takeaway from Bridgewater as much has he could

Manziel is more like Vince in that regard

I find it interesting that Bridgewater chose to meet with the Jags and Raiders before the Texans.

I don't think it means anything as long as a meeting takes place. Sometimes it is best to let the other competition interview first, so you can come in last and blow them away.

I wouldn't. Johnny U was a 54% passer who threw almost as many interceptions as TD's. I don't know why people romanticize QB's from the past like that, but they'd be CFL players today.

LOL when? You think the NFL was more difficult in the 60's when players were smaller, slower, and weaker? That's one theory.

Guys like Vince Young can't make it in the NFL today, but they'd have owned the league if they had played back in the 60's because you didn't have to be able to throw the ball well and no one was as athletic as he was.

Bridgewater likely said Unitas because they both attended Louisville; he is a hero there, obviously. Just paying homage to his school.

Makes sense, pretty much any time a player of today brings up a player from almost 50 years ago it's done as pandering to someone or another.

Pancakes having a change of heart? Cute.

In true pancakes fashion, he'll pimp out anyone except for the right pick.

Nervous at the start, Teddy Bridgewater shined in his press conference. He is all football. Something Bill O'Brien says he is looking for.

Don't know if he's the top pick but he had the #1 press conference. Won the media over. Lot of smiles. #Bridgewater
