Oh really? Is that why a HUGE part of IQ examinations has to do with mathematical analogies as well as pattern driven mathematics? I just lol'd to myself. And gave myself a high five.
Lol What you do seem to get is concepts behind them. The pattern driven mathematics seen in IQ test are abstract concepts. You can never had touched a math textbook or even attended school but you can decipher what exactly the problem is asking for and the solution if you have the brain power when dealing with an actual IQ test. A wonderlic test is based off of academic application of mathematics. You had to have some level of formal education to take wonderlic. Not all the problems are like that and some to require a level of abstract understanding but most require and education background. Its really quite easy to differentiate between the two brah.
Sample IQ question: What number comes next in the pattern: 37, 34, 31, 28... http://examples.yourdictionary.com/examples/examples-of-iq-questions.html Sample Wonderlic question: What number comes next in the row of numbers: 8, 4, 2, 1, 0.5... https://espn.go.com/page2/s/closer/020228test.html Sure, not every freaking question is the same as an IQ test...but the Wonderlic MOST DEFINITELY has many elements seen in an IQ exam. This isnt debatable...there is correlation between the two exams.
Unless you can give me 10-15 similar problems you can't make a claim that there is a correlation. You have to cite the IQ test, and not an free online one. An actual legitimate test. At this point your trying to throw poop hoping it sticks
Sorry bro, I dont have time to sit here and go through hundreds of questions just to prove how wrong you are. Ive never once said they are the same...you should check into first grade reading comprehension classes. Ive taken both exams...I grew up on IQ tests bc I have members of my family that are psychiatrists. The wonderlic has math as well as shapes...the IQ test has the same. They are not 100% identical, but there are similar elements throughout the test. Youve been served. Sorry babe. Gotta run, I'll be at the Fish and the Knife if anyone wants to discuss IQ exams over Sake Bombs. Peace in the middle east.
Served? Thats rich coming from a guy who has no clue what he is talking about lol Keep it flowing chief
Actually you can probably try to study for anything but I think you mean practice for the wonderlic test which you can. But people who do not read a lot and or slow readers may not do as well on the wonderlic because of the time restriction. I noticed that the professions on average that score in the mid 20's and up on the wonderlic deal with reading, analyzing, and or problem solving on a daily basis.
1. Exactly on the first point 2. You notice how those professions deal with some level of having real education as well. A lot of principles on the Wonderlic are developed in the middle school and early high school years
Part of the reason why I don't hold Bridgewater's score against him is that I take into account his socioeconomic back ground. To put it midly, the highschool he attended was by no means a academic powerhouse. Same goes for his middle school. Thats where a lot of the development of the concepts seen on the wonderlic test are honed in. Thats why it shocked me how rezdawg could be so stupid not to have broader understanding of how different socioeconomic backgrounds can impact a wonderlic test.
I think you suck at reading, honestly. Go back and find me where Ive said that his socioeconomic background has no impact on his wonderlic score. While you are at it, go and find me where Ive said that the IQ test is exactly like a Wonderlic test. Please do that... Also, Ive mentioned many times I'd take Bridgewater on the Texans....so instead of being such a w**** for Teddy, try to step back and understand that not every prospect is perfect. Close your legs and stop allowing TB to bang you from every direction. No wonder everyone on this board talks about how youve turned Clutchfans into ****. This place used to be much better before you. It's a damn shame. Cheers to everyone else for making this place amazing...once we can eliminate this guy, we'll be back on top!
Nope, until you show me where Ive said that the IQ test and wonderlic are the same...or where Ive mentioned anything regarding socioeconomic background in regards to the wonderlic...or any of the other random stuff you spew out when you have no other place to go, then you're doing nothing but making yourself out to be the fraud that everyone knows you are. You're not ready yet, so this place is more suitable for you... http://www.kidzworld.com/forums
You sound like a diaper head. Oh yeah you sound like poopy pants. Well you sound like a snot face ... Lol. He asks you to sto putting words in his mouth and you resort to childlike one liners. Stay classy!
Reporters on average score 28 on the wonderlic and salespeople on average score a 25. Teachers score 28 and nurses score 23. Those scores don't necessarily mean reporters and salespeople are on the same educational level as a teacher. But reporters read and research different information daily looking for stories to report in an interesting fashion to the public. Salespeople spend their time trying to separate strangers from their money which is a form of problem solving. Have to be quick thinkers and since they interact with so many different people when they run across intelligent customers they may learn something because a key to sales is listening. A salesperson doesn't have to have a big educational background and it's not something you have to go to college to be, but their daily functions at their jobs make them more equipped to take a wonderlic test than a nurse who may pretty much deal with the same thing on a daily basis. Especially if it's a nurse who works for a specialist who deal with patients who have the same sicknesses. But that does not mean a salesperson who may have never went to college is more intelligent than a nurse because they score higher on the wonderlic. That is why the wonderlic test isn't truly a gauge of intelligence IMO. As far as Teddy is concerned. He scored a 20 and the score for quarterbacks on average is 24. That doesn't mean he won't be a good quarterback though. But at the same time you can't defend his score blaming his social economic up bringing when he's been in college the past three years and Charlie Strong makes ALL of his players go to class (or he makes them and the assistant coaches run... Lol). But you probably can point to his major... Sports Administration...??? Cake walk classes.
The wonderlic is racist. If you grew up in white America you already have an unfair advantage. If you don't believe that you have a limited field of experience or you are racist.
