Ted Lasso Best show on TV

Bad accents, hokey, forced/transparent attempts to steer the audience in certain directions... it just didn't feel genuine. I struggled to get through the first episode.

 

Who has a bad accent? One of the numerous British actors that is using their own accent?

 

You are one of my favorite posters on the board and one of the posters I wish I knew in real life. The fact that you are a lawyer while maintaining your optimism makes you one in a million. Anytime you want you hook up for a drink or a game, let me know and I will drive down from Austin and make it happen. @Deckard is another guy I want to meet in real life.

You used the plural of accent.

 

He tried to steer you in a certain direction. Just didn't feel genuine. I struggled to get through his post.

 

Roy is probably one of the best characters in TV today. The actor that plays him does a fantastic job.

 

There's noting wrong with folks liking/not liking shows, music, books, etc. It's just weird that he talks about bad accents, and then just brings up one character.

I got that.... I've been awake for 4+ hours.

 

Ted Lasso is back to being unmissable TV.

 

Is Ted even the main character this season? Feels like Roy, the assistant coach and the owner have a lot more airtime this go around.

 

Re-found it's footing after a very shaky start to the second season lowlighted by the execrable Christmas (in AUGUST?!) episode. When it's on, it's incredibly good.
