I'm definitely getting one once they come out. My Centro is getting a bit worn out and this phone seems awesome...

The new iPhone will be better... and they didn't start rumors because of the Pre.. They have released an iPhone every year, with rumors circulating at any time.. has nothing to do with the Pre...

How does this work? Is it something all sprint users have (Sprint-TV)? Does it cost more $$?

Of course. And the 4g updates will be out soon.

Sprint TV comes with any regular talk plan that includes data. The ESPN channel in particular is a part of the the 9.99 add on premium package, but there are a lot ot of good channels (ABC, NBC, CBS, Disney, NFL Mobile, etc...) that come with the included premeire package.

4G Hardware isn't on the Pre, so there won't be any updates on this Pre.

I actually went to best buy today and they said it will be $199 (after an instant rebate - other places will have mail-in).

As for the $850 price tag: http://www.computerworld.com/action...leBasic&articleId=9133378&intsrc=news_ts_head

Sprint and Best Buy couldn't be reached immediately to comment, but bloggers speculated the Best Buy online price is artificially high to discourage Best Buy employees and other customers from reserving a purchase in advance due to expectations that there will be shortage of the new smartphones at the time of the launch.[/rquoter]

    The G2 (updated G1) and the MyTouch 3G (The HTC Dream...basically a G1 without a physical keyboard)

best buy has ALL phones priced insanely high for retail..

they are only good when you buy under contract...in this case $199 for the pre and no need to mess around with a MIR form.

    Exactly! :p.

I can't think of another phone that wil work on t-mobile's 3G network that does stereo bluetooth and has exchange support.

blackberry's are not supported at my workplace for exchange. iPHone but an unlocked 3G at&t iPhone will not work on t-mobile's 3G network.

Yes it has to be t-mobile since my company pays for the phone. Besides with a 528mhz processory and 300mb of memory it should be more than adequate to run win 6.1. WinMo works fine as long as you have the specs to run it.
