    You're kidding, right?

Whether you agree with Blinebury or not, the guy can not stand TMac and needles him or outright or ridicules/blasts him every chance he gets.

OK, lets say he doesn't like Tmac, ever wonder why? Could it be that maybe he is telling the truth about Tmac?

If it was all about this year, then yes that would be a very logical conclusion. But he has been on McGrady since he became a Rocket. Maybe he was upset at the organization for trading SF3 and Cat?

Edit: And I think there is something there, but its nowhere near as bad as the NY article makes it out ot be, and Fran is even overblowing it some.

read fran's blog today. he said he wanted to trade tracy right after the 04-05 season (which was his best season in houston). so you're right, probably bitter about the trade.

Fran also used to have his own column in the Chronicle. He doesn't anymore. Ever wonder why?

The great irony is that Fran and McGrady have more in common than Fran realizes. Both of them are talented underacheivers. It's like the guy who says he hates gay people, but turns out to be gay himself.

who knows, blindbury has such short term and selective vision it makes me barf. he manages to throw everyone under the bus. If you're scrounging around for him as a legitimate source, don't bother.

another nugget of wisdom just to further my point

Its Fran's just to stir up discussion...

Anything im sure the truth, as it always does, lies somewhere between all the speculation and reports.

Yup. Anything for ratings. There have been few reporters out there that do not add a little to the story for their own benefit. Which means, I don't trust the media anymore. I read quotes from players, that's it. I skip the spin.

Very nice, WG. Thanks for the recap.

Anyone have any ideas as to what exactly is going on between Morey, Adleman, Yao and TSlack?

team turmoil is definitely a fact.

anyone who thinks otherwise at this point is just sticking his/her head in the sand.

Nice job worzel. NOW I am convinced that things are going worse. Will the team fall apart before the All-star break? :(

Shove Head up T-mac's ass and ship em in a nice little package to any team in the NBA for someone with some decent work ethic. I would even take Marion for T-mac at this point. This is the Rockets show not the T-mac show and I'm about sick of people sticking up for this girl that can't figure out if he wants to sit or stand to piss. We have a guy on this team named Von Wafer that is getting paid chump change by NBA standards who is doing this poor excuse for a man's job and he's doing it well. I don't know about any of you but I am more excited watching a team that flows well and has the right chemistry and are out there competing and having fun doing it and showing emotion then having T-mac's sad sack attitude on this team. It doesn't matter what any of us have to say about T-mac and how much we love or hate him, but when his teammates start to resent him and have no respect for the guy then its time to move on and make a deal for someone that wants to be on this team. This isn't that hard of a concept.

Yes media never lie, blow it out proportion, take out of context, or mislead.

How do you explain away Doc Rocket's posts then?

Lol this whole situation with these "insiders" leaving clues about whats going on behind closed doors is better than any soap opera ive ever watched. I LOVE the entertainment i get from viewing clutchfans. you never know what's going to happen! I wonder what Yao is about to say....maybe he'll throw T-Mac under the bus?

Honestly, i just believe there is a difference in philosophy between Adelman and T-Mac. i dont believe anything "far worse" is happening. Unless T-Mac is sleeping with Adelman's wife.....what could be worse between a player and a coach....really now?

I don't buy it. I haven't been around that long but it should be pretty obvious from the way the old timers treat him that Doc Rocket is legitimate.

There's just way too much smoke. The Chronicle stuff--both from Feigen and Blinebury--about the closed door meetings. Doc Rocket's posts. The public statements from Artest and Alston. I mean, Artest actually said McGrady coasts and doesn't work hard fer crissake.

My gut feeling is that there is a lot of dissension in the locker room. All clues hint to this. Unfortunately many of these problems could be relieved by either Tracy being more productive or the team goes on a winning streak. I think we're 50/50 with Tracy leaving at this point but the probability of him leaving before the end of the season a long shot.
