why have the rockets always been such a turnover prone team throughout their history? i don't get it.
Holy Mother, 2nd in FG% im shocked... wow. esp with teams such as the Mavs, Kings, and Lakers in the Conference/league. One thing i noticed that has changed dramatically is Free Throws, we were almost perfect in the preseason, and now in the real games we cant hit worth crap
we are a top 3 point shooting team and pike isnt back yet! on offence we are ranked: 21st in asts 21 in opp stls 27 in to's thses are point guard stats we must handle the ball better. no. im not bashing steve. i think the answer to our problem is trading for a better back-up PG. who has a high ast/to ratio. on defence we are: 17 in opp 3pt% 18 in opp to's we must guard the 3pt line a little better, but more importantly we MUST cause more TO's when AG comes back he will help in both areas.
Early season is skewed since so few games but: Steve Francis is #1 in the league in total turnovers. Moochie is #15. Yao Ming is in about a ten way tie for seventh for double doubles. Cato and Ming top tier for blocked shots. Cat burning up the 3point field goals at 60+ %, which is only good enough for fifth. http://www.nba.com/statistics/default_regular_season_leaders/LeagueLeadersTOQuery.html
