Worse than Bush...that's a nice one.

Putting it in the title is a great sanity check for potential readers.

    Just rolling in from Rudz?

Do you think making fun of Special Olympians is acceptable, Batman? Barack Obama apparently does (until he realized it was politically unacceptable).

That's pretty weak. I haven't been drunk in months. And I haven't been to Rudyards or any other bar more than five times since moving back to Houston two years ago. I'm just not that into drinking anymore.

I'm actually rolling in from work. I put on plays for a living and in the week before opening we work 24 hours over two days so the hours are late. I'm just checking in on your BS to wind down before I nap and head back tomorrow. But I know that you guys get your mantras and have a hard time shaking them.

I thought the special olympics thing was a faux pas, of the sort that I make still far too often. It doesn't make it okay and I am always trying to kick the habit of saying "r****ded" or joking about the "short bus," because I actually believe there's something to political correctness, but it's a hard habit to kick. If you are all of a sudden joining me in the effort to amend speech to avoid hurting people's feelings, I applaud you. But I doubt that's what's going on here.

    1. Bush sends the United States to war on claims of known weapons of mass destruction in Iraq which led to a death toll of 4,000 U.S. soliders

If there's a double standard, I think we all have good reason.

okay, I came in this with an open mind thinking about the special olympics topic. that was bad imo. but someof these on the list are just stupid. obama makes a serviceman uncomfortable because he shook his hand? biden being personable with a senate collegue?

I can understand some bush fans wanting to criticize obama at every turn in revenge for the last eight years. but really, lets try to keep it a little relevant.

I am seeing a few things...

    1. If a liberal jumped off a bridge, so would you.
    2. You hate liberals

Let's see - they say imitation is the highest form of flattery. So on one hand, you are totally in awe of liberals as indicated by your desire to imitate them. And on the other, you clearly hate them because you spend so much time putting these lists together and searching for anything to attack them - no matter how relevant or not it really is.

I'd say you are one confused young man big tex. Perhaps you should get away from your devil worship of Obama and Co and join us moderates in just waiting to see what happens a bit.

Do you really care about the president shaking hands with people or bumping his head on AF1? I mean...does that really matter to you? Ask yourself that. Really. Because most people didn't care about the Bushism except for gleeful liberals who hated bush.

Are you just the other side of the coin? Or are you something more? Ask yourself that, seriously. I don't write this post because of my political feeling. I'm doing it for you baby. That's right, for you. I'm serious. Forget Bush and Obama and politics for a second. Think about you.

Houston seems to be a prodominantly left wing city.... Just an observation. But anyway Nancy Pelosi is the real douche here. Obama is just a puppet to his party... People are so caught up in how $hitty he's doing or how great he's doing when the real people who deserve the blame are going unoticed.. Personally I believe in capitalism.. You get back for what you put in. The American dream... I'm not for big government.

I'm terrified of the direction this country is going. I believe the ner administration has already spent more money in their short term so far than every Presidential administration from George Washington through George W. Bush did combined. Wow, exactly how are we going to back all this money up? The dollar will be devalutated. It's just logical. But some of you are so hard headed and stubborn its unbelievable.

It's sad that this administration was so smart in using Obama to draw in the young voters, and the african american voters, hell even the women voters. Their plan worked to perfection. Funny how us the youth will have contributed to our future financial struggles. I doubt Obama gets re-elected lets just cross our fingers and hope we can recover after his term.

Quick thing on that the reason Nancy Reagan was having a seances in the WHite House was because of the 20 year curse. As everybody knows every president on that 20 year had died in office. It started with William Henry Harrison who was cursed by the a Native Amreican Indian. It was called the Tehcumseh's Curse. Look it up interesting stuff. Ms Reagan found out about it and it is beleaved that Reagan broke the curse because of the seances at the White House.

these next 4 years will truly show how unfunny Jon Stewart is. He is a puss who is too busy blowing Obama to put on a decent television show. The guy is awful

Man, excuse me while I wipe the diet coke from my keyboard. A sudden burst of laughter can do that, you know. I just couldn't help myself. Someone saying "Houston seems to be a prodominantly left wing city" with, I assume, a straight face simply doesn't know the town. Houston has some very nice predominantly liberal parts of town, but they amount to a very, very clear minority. A bummer, from my standpoint, but then I lived in the liberal areas as soon as I left high school, moving to one or another while going to college and after, until, years later, I moved to a Texas city that actually fits your description.

I could go on at length about how wrong your statement is, but it's late. By the way... do you live in Houston? Have you ever lived in Houston. Just wonderin'.
