    With

-the upcoming draft reminiscent of the LeBron, wade, Bosh draft

-several horrible teams who have proven they are incapable of attracting FA's

    -stern leaving the league

I foresee strong tanking methods by the worst teams in the league. To the depths where we might see them signing terrible players from Korea for publicity or drugging the players. Charlotte, Orlando, Phoenix, Sacramento, Utah come to mind. Naturally, an injury could add another team to the race. It's a key point I will be following this season, perhaps even betting heavily as we get into '14.

    Stay tuned.

At least 9 of your lottery teams:

    Sixers
    Suns
    Magic
    Bobcats
    Jazz
    Celtics
    Kings
    Lakers
    Raptors

It's hilarious how shamelessly the 76ers are tanking. Trading their best player for a rookie and then deciding to sit the rookie for the whole season. But hey, I don't blame them.

Lakers will be the 10th worst team and somehow get the #1 pick.

    You can book that.

I wouldn't put the Raps up there just yet, we gotta wait until they make their first move. If they don't, they are gunning for 6-8 in the East to get swept lol

Its Philly by a LANDSLIDE for #1. Only debate is #2

    Id say Phoenix #2.

Then everyone else will do the normal "come out with hope" and then take a big regression 30 games in

Unfortunately for their fans, I do not think Charlotte is trying to tank.

Phoenix. If the 76ers had really wanted to tank AT ALL COSTS (even at the cost of ruining chemistry totally), they would have kept Royce White and would have started him.

boston are the types that will do this. Danny Ainge is at the helm so we know ethics are not a concern. This is the same guy that threw a ball at elie because he was getting brutalized. Danny ainge has a little b**** smirk, attitude and approach that makes me want to just donkey punch him.

unfortunately ainge and the celts are also the types that will get the damn 1st pick after tanking.

What does ethics have to do with this? He wants to get a high draft in a great draft.. instead having some false sense of pride of being 'competitive' and winning 38 games

I'm not sure anymore. I thought it was Philly, but they made an actual GOOD move and waived Mr. Anxiety-issues.

I know the easy choice is Philly, but I think the Suns will tank hardest after they trade Dragic.

Phoenix makes a strong move by trading away a solid NBA center for an injured one

If Wiggins is the consensus #1 pick of the draft, I don't see how Raptors end up with the #1 pick. Dunno how bad or good they are but if they do tank, this is just too much of a coincidence.

Otherwise Boston or Lakers will get it (If they are as bad as people here make them out to be...)

suns are clearly looking to tank.

Also, dont the Suns have four 1st round picks during next draft?

It's pretty clear which teams are going in looking to lose.

I'm more interested to watch which teams decide to throw away the 7th//8th seed for the upcoming draft. I have a feeling basketball post-February is going to be an ugly race for the bottom among several mediocre teams in both conferences. The league will be ridiculously polarized.
