Teacher found dead outside Mass. high school; 14-year-old in custody

If we had to stop joking everytime someone died we would never be able to joke, but I do admit it was pretty tasteless.

 

WTF that's crazy! There is definitely something else to this story, that is a very personal way to kill someone.

 

Was this at Welch middle school, by chance?

 

This is unfortunate, but we all have our Karmic debts to pay for... Either from this life or the last one. She's paid her dues, and this young man will have to pay for his. Praying for them both. :/

He should be put to death.

I do not care if he is 14. If he is able to plan a murder, follow the teacher into the restroom, punch her face, look her in the face, cut her throat, rape her, drag her body to the recycling bin....dump her in the woods..... then go see a movie after changing his clothes tells me everything I need to know... he is broken, he is not and never will be capable of living in society, he killed an innocent woman and will always be a threat.... kill him and erase him from society.

The original reports left out some details about how he also sexually assaulted her (including with an instrument of some kind) and stole her credit cards and panties. Then, after he dumps her, he goes to Wendy's and a movie like nothing happened. It had to be planned because he knowingly brought a box cutter to school that day. This guy definitely deserves to be tried as an adult. That is one messed up kid who deserves whatever he gets. He was absolutely brutal to this teacher. The guy has no conscience. I hate people like that who are just oblivious.

Did he rape her before he killed her? If she was already dead I guess he would be raping the corpse. Not that it matters, but getting raped then murder sounds worse.

 

Yes. He is being charged as a juvenile for aggravated rape and armed robbery and an adult for the murder. Police are saying he used a stick to sexually assault her, I guess after he had killed her. He also left a note on her body reading "I hate you all."

 

He's got a lot of suffering ahead of him, and he deserves every bit of it.

 

Did he do the deed though? I thought I read he used an object. Not that that's any better.

People are wayyyy more gentle now days. Back in the days people were a lot more barbaric to others.

 

I agree. Society as a whole is less accepting of things like this so when it happens it's more horrifying. And of course when it happens now, everyone finds out within an hour. And it gets talked about ad nauseum.

 

That's the gist of it. It is disrespecting the fact that someone's life was just lost. Yes, we have to stop joking every time someone dies, man... it's called RESPECT. Go joke about things like "Jason in Friday the 13th" somewhere else... on the street, another thread, but not here.

 

Curious why some charges are as a juvenile and the murder is as an adult? Does the crime itself impact whether he is a juvenile or not?
