That looked like what someone's older sister would do to her little punk brother being a hard ass. I thought by the thread title I would see some guy punching the snot out of a kid but it just looked like a younger, female teacher smacking a bad kid around and teaching him a lesson his mom probably should have done, but didn't. Don't know what the kid did, probably deserved it, but that was nothing compared too what I seen before and the kid's mom probably lied about the injuries or definitely over-played them. In the video, when the kid was interviewed, he didn't look like he had a mark on his face. Mother is trying to cash in on a lawsuit but probably needs to discipline her son more...

Lol. Ya I was expecting some sort of crazy ninja kick after that but then she just grabs his ankles.... kind of a letdown.
I think it's funny how the news channels are showing less and less of the mother. Last night on Inside Edition they just released one quick sound bite from her with no video. Probably the more they show the kids mother the less sympathy he'll get.
I have no doubt the kid did something wrong, but it's scary the teacher completely lost control like that.
It looks like it starts off with the teacher goofing around with the kid but maybe it got way too rough. I play with my little cousins all the time and I end up with welts and bruises. Of course it's like 5 rugrats on one person. Someone usually ends up with a injury somewhere and me getting hit in the nuts. Not defending the video just making an observation.
I could see this happening back when I was in middle school with this one substitute teacher we had from time to time. But yeah it looks like maybe she was trying to scare him but then started getting crazier and started hitting him in the face. I think that if it was real serious kids wouldn't be laughing.
actually i remember back when I was a sophomore in high school the AP chemistry teacher got fed up with one of his students (in a regular chem class) and they got into an actual fist fight. The kid was an absolute punk and really deserved everything that came to him. The kid was suspended and the teacher was let go At least the school board realized that this kid was just an ******* because he instigated another fight as soon as he came back to school. The chemistry teacher was back teaching again at the school next school year since they couldnt find a suitable replacement especially a competent one for the AP chemistry class. To his credit he was a good teacher, but was a human being who just had enough of some punk ass kid.
