He deliberately set up a tent for an anti-union group at a pre-planned pro-union rally. If that isn't provocation, I don't know what is.

Yes, only unions are allowed to speak outside the capitol the day legislation is being considered. Anyone else is a provocateur and deserves to get got.

This is funny to me because I could swear that you and I once had a discussion where you stated that every single person doing the same work for the same employer deserved the exact same compensation regardless of their ability to negotiate.

Good memory. I believe you're right. We did have that discussion I remember it. It made so much sense at the time. heheh. Honestly the union got him the wage, and benefits he enjoys.

Also I'll add that nothing excuses violence against another protester even if he was hoping to draw that violence.

Things are going to get increasingly tense and even violent as the working class is squeezed more and more. A large portion of the working population has been losing about 1% of purchasing power per year for about 30 years since Reagan/market fundies took over the GOP and scared many of the Dems into suck up to sucking up to the one percent.

A big goal for the one percent and their market fundie dupes has been to crush unions.

Without the phony housing market allowing houses to be used as ATM's and with other sources of cheap credit tapped out, the contented center of the working class can't hold.

If you are familiar with labor history the one percenters could always get some members of the working class to be scabs are even violently take on the union supporters.

Dark Knight Rises come to life

It's an appeal to the darkest nature of men. That someone's good fortune can only come at the expense of someone else's misfortune (when true capitalism is exactly the opposite).

Envy and resentment mobilized into a righteous purpose, with fellow citizens as the target.

You are an ideologue. None of your ideas comes into contact with reality at any point.

Commodore, what does that say about the Tea Party agenda? For some time, I thought they were anti-government, anti-spending, anti-immigration, etc. But based on these actions, it appears that they are just anti-democrats.

An even bigger topic would be Globalism.

Companies will do what they can to maximize profits. That means outsourcing. The last thing that will help reduce outsourcing is Unions.

We're at a point in America where it's either have a less paying job or no job at all. Capitalism...that's the system we all signed up for (and some of us die for).

During the peak of the Tea Party movement, can you provide some links to where they mentioned that one of their issues is "right to work"?
