Good idea, let me assure you, Taylor Swift has nothing on them in terms of making rubbish music. I believe those two are way ahead of her.
I feel perhaps you are right, and Taylor Swift may have musical talents, but country music these days is nothing but the same stupid accents and twangy guitar just like hip-hop is money cash hoes.
umm...no she is not. In those pics she is only good looking because of the expensive makeup she wears and photoshop. She is average looking, take any girl and "Hollywood" her and she will look just as good.

Most of the world that listens to the cRAP being put out would wear a diaper on their head if their rap idol started doing so because it must be cool. Most rap is like pop music, here today, gone tomorrow. As someone that grew up listening to the rap artists that laid the foundation and erected the genre as a viable form of musical expression, it sickens me to see how it has evolved into simply whoring oneself out for a dollar. The good artists are rarely even heard. OK, end of thread derailing rant.
Pimp I'm just saying that rap is still the most popular music around the United States and probably the world so to say "who listens to rap" is pretty idiotic. I didn't mean just new stuff, but old stuff too. I still listen to old school rap, that is what I normally listen to even though I'm 20.
Yes everyone does listen to it, including myself, but rap is indeed horrible. Look at Lil Wayne. He has the worst lyrics ever yet he was the biggest thing out there in 2008. But yet I still listen to his music and jam to it in the clubs. His stuff is viral. For every Run DMC you get the Ying Yang twins. Rap is a wide genre, but mainstream wise it is complete garbage. Back to topic. I do have Taylor Swift's Fearless album on my ipod. I listen to it while I study.
I've always wondered if the Ying Yang Twins were too stupid to realize that it's "Yin" and not "Ying." Do they even understand the concept of yin and yang? Methinks not. And rap sucks. With few exceptions, rap has sucked for many, many years. Same with rock and anything else you hear on the radio that isn't a classic rock or classical music station. Such is the state of the world we live in.
I'm too much of a freak to copy numerous parts of people's quotes into my own post so i'll reply off memory... I agree with the person who questioned whether she is 'real' country - the first thing i said when i heard her 'Love Story' song (which is way too overplayed in Australia) is that it doesn't sound like country that much and it should be on the proper radio stations... After talking to my brother who listens to Country i asked him about Taylor Swift and he said she's good but Carrie Underwood is better. And after hearing her 'Just A Dream' song at the CMA i downloaded her albums and now i absolutely love her too... When i said i listen to rap it isn't most of today's garbage. A lot of what i listen to is Tupac and Notorious with a few currentish rappers. Currentish meaning The Eminem Show CD, The Game, SOME of Jay Z... None of Lil Wayne and commercial rap rubbish.
Dang it. After seeing DD's and Swoly's posts I remembered reading about someone asking for new emoticons, so I was excited to look at them. I'm very disappointed now. Oh and Taylor Swift has some catchy songs. Can't blame you for liking her.
