Both guys are so different it’s tough to say. Both have unique attributes that are crucial and hard to find for winning teams. I think it’s just a matter of who can develop into a go-to player offensively that will determine who has the more storied career. I like both though and think we need to be starting both at the 3/4.
JC literally was better than Green the first 2 months of the season, and it wasn't even close. Short term memory issues on this forum.
Look, Jabrari is too skinny to compete in the NBA at this point. He is doing all he can with his build. He is like Chis Boucher of Toronto. Good news is in a couple years he’ll build out and have the bulk (like a Gia) to go to battle. Just takes time….Wembeley will have similar issues with us next year.
i just hope he doest learn so much from his uncle forgot his name already...ah kwamo brown! my brain working better already
Maybe he's got Kwame's tiny hands? Still doesn't explain the shooting woes after being elite prospect as a shooter at Auburn if he had tiny hands then too. Has anyone rated to be an elite shooter started their career so poorly at shooting? Jimmer?
Probably already mentioned, but Tari is 2 years older than Jabari. Jabari is like 10 games into his career. Tari is great, but very premature to make predictions on who will have a better career at this stage.
Tari has a different mentality than Jabari. It’s what some call that DOG mentality which every team needs. Jabari will come around cause he is a natural shooter but he needs a lot more development which is why they say he has the higher upside. If Tari develops his shot more and starts to finish around the rim better then he will have the better career only because he seems hungry for it.
I gathered that Tari is a rich man's Corey Brewer and Bari is a poor man's Chris Bosh. Both are some version of CB.
Tari is the middle class Dennis Rodman and Jabari is Red Seat Ryan Anderson with late career Robert Horry's on-ball skills.
Funny thing is, even when he’s missing I love when Jabari gets his shot off. Once he figures it out, he’ll be lethal. His ability to shoot over top and with that arch on his shot is impressive. He jsut seems overly nervous even for a rookie. Once the game slows down for him, he’ll Be aight. He’s gointo have one for those post ASB runs, like Green did Jabari will be for us what Horry was for us. That’s who he reminds me of
I don't think Rashard Lewis at 3 is a sensational return, but I get your point. When you draft a guy at 3, you want all nba type of guy.
Tari got 2 years on Jabari my biggest concern with Jabari is that his biggest asset which is shooting looks real sus. His wind up is getting slower. Last game he had a clear open shot and took 4 seconds to shoot the ball and it got blocked out of bounds by Scottie Barnes I believe.
At times, very much so. I assume we're filtering out the noise of inexperience and giving room for growth considering he's ten games into his career.
