    Was the potential of getting Miami's pick instead of OKC's always part of the deal, or did OKC acquire that later and because it's a FRP they can just throw us that one instead?

    Keeping in mind, of course, that when the trade went down, Houston assumed they'd still have James so they would have thought that this swap was going to be very unlikely.
