I was in the old building downtown that was a rat-infested, dirty hell hole. Of course they build the new building AFTER I left. I enjoyed covering H/S football there, but I love living in GA. My wife used to work at the McRae's and my son went to Holy Spirit School. I'll agree with you on the CW, I only wrote a weekly column for them on sports and I covered a few games here and there. Did you hear about the traffic camera situation, with the state troopers panning the Strip cameras on women's breasts and buttocks and it got on the local channel that shows the weather radar interspersed with the traffic cameras? My little cousin goes to school there and she emailed the link to me. In any case, it's good to have a fellow Alabama guy on the board.
