Taking Melatonin?

    I take it a couple times a week, when I know I can get over 7 hours of sleep. It will make me drowsy within 30 minutes. I used to wake up a few times in the night when I first began taking it, but not anymore. Most of the time I use it now to paired with 5htp OR vitamin b6 for some really trippy dreams. :D

    The improved REM sleep is great..the t1ts were an added bonus

    I bought it when i was in the states earlier this year, to combat jetlag as AroundTheWorld said.

    I took every night for 3 or 4 months after that.
    At the beginning, the sleeps were glorious and i'd wake refreshed more often than not.
    Now, the effects aren't as apparent. I don't know if this is a tolerance type thing or just habituation.

    But i definitely recommend it, especially to get over jet-lag
