That blog is ridiculous. Look at the other about-to-happen trades (AK47, Dirk?) and the supposed in-the-mind of Don Nelson post. Sure, it's all feasible he/she has insider gossip and is passing it along, but the failure rate seems high. More likely a crazed GSW fan.

 

I'll call bullsh!t on this. Who the hell would be close enough to a top exec and then threaten to expose him? no way someone exposes a team mgmt source, unless they indeed to get them fired and never get another trade tip again.

that said, if I was privy to a top exec from the Rockets leaking a trade that Morey was working on, I'd call Morey and warn him just to make sure it wasn't a fake trade rumor that Morey wanted leaked. If Morey was the one sending the text message, then I'd assume he wants to leak the info to the media as a trial balloon of some sort.

People under Rockets payroll who leak rumors behind Morey's back need to be exposed and fired.
