The organization has been a joke since Morey gave Jeremy Lin that dumb azz contract. We had a few good runs, but ultimately Harden’s entitlement and Morey's arrogance hurt us. Big name free agents were avoiding us before Tilman got here. Keeping Daryl Morey's nuts warm can't be that good of a job, idiot
Wrong. Chris Paul makes people look stupid every day for complaining about that contract EVERY DAY. You are wrong bro
CP3 reportedly had no interest in having a reunion tour with ex-GM Daryl Morey https://clutchpoints.com/sixers-rum...interest-in-trade-to-sixers-before-suns-deal/
The Houston sports scene has never exactly been known for a lot of high points, but this current state of things is reaching new lows, at least in my lifetime.
But but but but why is morey going after cp3 again. Cf’s said it was him who didn’t want cp3 and tilman had nothing to do with it. Yet he’s still trying to acquire him to this day. Oh, how reality always says otherwise to so many cf losers and their delusional logic
another failure of a post from u...I gave u another chance and u blew it yet again When u have something of substance to say, let me know. Until then, move along Tilman dick rider.
Let be clear the Chris Paul contract only works if your other big name talents are young and are on multi-year contracts south of $30 million dollars, exactly like the Suns. It does not work on a team with Harden, where each guy is in the top 10 cap space and the team that has kept trading away 1st round picks so they do not have a group of cheap rotational players.
worked pretty well here. I mean when Harden/cp3 both were playing their record speaks for itself and having both a top 5 defensive and offensive rating. By far the best backcourt together and still would be now. But yeah cf's tries to tell themselves it doesn't work. The continuing cycle of fake news and alternative facts from delusional The trading away of 1st round picks and dumping assets is due to the dumbass owner and unwillingness to pay for a contender and keep it that way. Because he has LTS over winning as his priority. Which is exactly what many are seeing now, while many have seen it way earlier. But the bootlickers are too dumb who go through mental hoops to say otherwise Imagine having the longest active playoff appearance streak including a 65 win legitimate contender that immediately was broken up and dummies on cf's trying to tell themselves this franchise has been a joke. Pure idiotic logic. If that's a joke, boy will the longest active streak of not making the playoffs and being one of the worse teams for years down the road be something to watch. Straight dumpster. The bootlickers can continue to ride Tilman and wonder why so many of us are smart enough to know what's in front of them.
Disagree. That isnt true. If you have another top 10 player on your roster in Harden then every other guy being top 10 in cap space or whatever does not matter whatsoever. When you are an all star level player with HOF impact it takes your team places. Yes it does. I think you guys are misremembering his season in 18-19 as way poorer than it was. He changed up his diet and it didnt even matter either.
Does anyone know if we’ve seen an exodus to our scouting infrastructure as well? Now that we’re fully on board the tank are the Rox moving assets from player salaries to improving scouting, the fo, improving the behind the scenes aspects that will entice players to stay and build our brand?
The Rockets where better off not doing that deal with Paul plus, Les and Morey was apart of it that all I’m saying, they gave up too many assets to get CP3 and look how that turn out...I feel the franchise is suffering from giving Harden way too much freedom, the CP3 contract, and not getting the right personnel for the system they have been running over the years with Harden, James didn’t have that much success with another superstar here and it evident I just feel like Tilman may be in ******* or a poor Team owner but he’s not the only one to blame they all failed at the end of the day embrace this rebuild bro
Except they were. Dwight Howard, Chris Paul and Russ Westbrook say hello. And while not superstars, well regarded vets like JET, Ariza, Smoov, PJ Tucker, Eric Gordon, LMAM, Ryno, Iso Joe, Austin Rivers and Kenny Faried all chose to sign with Houston.
CP3 probably is going to turn down his player option so we would have been out of his contract this year.
