Yep. Agreed. I've been on the Lakers/Rockets playoff matchup bandwagon for some time. It's going to happen. I can feel it. And when it does, it will be the most hyped, epic, over-dramatized, symbolic first round playoff match in years. We'll get primetime. We'll get the a-team announcers. We'll get all the talk about a passing of the torch (if not now, soon). And we'll get swept. No matter, though, for two weeks we'll have a playoff party that we haven't seen in a long, long time. Bring on the drama. Bring on the primetime. Bring on the present, because we're rocking the future. Bring on the Lakers.
We match up well with the T-Wolves. They are a little bit suspect on defense and that gives us a chance.
Man, I would love to be faced with a either Minny or Spurs (in that order) strictly for match up reason. We are not 'yet' dynamic enough to contend with SacTown (they will out-shot us - we are not smart enough) and Lakers (Shaq maybe too much and Kobe is a "mutha"). Oh can't complain now - at least we have made it. I am just hoping for a miracle now.
