So what's up with his numbers this year? He's putting up Mo Taylor numbers right now.

Tracy Murray went off for 50 once. Doesn't mean you want him on your team.

Wait. Do you honestly think Al Jefferson is the next Mo Taylor? What's up with his numbers this year? Let's see:

-He had ACL surgery. Rambis has said that usually it takes players a full year to completely recover from this type of surgery.

-He's only getting 30 MPG, after 35-37 the past few years. Obviously Rambis is trying to ease him back into his former self.

If the Rockets traded McGrady for Blount, Cardinal, and Wilkins to get Rubio's rights on Dec 1st.

Minnesota can collect $10.016M of insurance money if they sit McGrady for the season. The difference in salary between McGrady and the T-Wolves's trade package has been accounted for.

$10 million for the rights to a player who or may not choose to play in the NBA in two years time.

we can get al and fillers plus a future first for tmac and we will be good. we can start
    brooks
    ariza
    battier
    jefferson
    yao
thatl be a championship lineup plus the wolves are in disaray they dont have a clue seriously. they added two pgs in the draft and signed one they have two pfs and no 2,3, or 5 there priorities are out of wack
theyl do the trade and they wont have a glaring hole at the 4 since they still have love

dont think so plus we have a pg the idea of trading tmac for a established four to put next to yao is more intriguing

Y would they do that? of course apart from the insurance money. I doubt they would be able to hold Tmac out for the season and claim insurance on him? Insurace fraud? I duno.

    Al Jefferson's stats this season:

    15.6 pts on a 44.7% shooting percentage, 7.7 rebs, 1.2 blks.

Not so impressive compared to last season when he put up 23.1 pts on 49.7%, 11.0 rebs, 1.7 blks.

    I'm just saying.

He's playing out of position in a new offense while recovering from a major injury.

Down statistics or not, Kahn won't be giving him up.

I've thought all along that Morey has his sights set on Rubio however he could manage it.

    Another reason I hate stats....

People put too much value on stats instead of counting all the other variables also..

We always get raped by Al. Some people thought it was Yao, but Al just loves that Rocket Red I guess.

Have you guys watched big Al play at all this season besides the game vs Rockets? Don't give me that stats indicating nothing bs. He looks one step slower and as a result fail to get quality shots without that explosiveness. It was a ****ing knee injury. Sure I would do a T-mac for Jefferson and Blount trade, an injury-prone player for another one who's younger. But we all know that's not happening.
