Twill hasn't proved anything. On the other hand, Brooks has proven that he can consistently play lame this season. Budinger has consistently proven that he can't play defense. Battier has proven that he's getting old by not being able to defend like he can a couple of seasons ago, plus it's been a while since I last saw him hit a 3-pt shot. I remember two air balls, though, in the past 2-3 games. Plus, his FT% are way down.
Stupid unproven post is a stupid unproven post. research before posting next time. when given a chance to play on the Nets due to injury, he proved himself with a couple double doubles and one triple double. What else does he need to do to 'prove' himself?
Serious? As a rookie? Serious? holy fkuc nuts batman, where he can only get better with more PT which he isnt getting here. Your post doesnt mean shiet
Morey brought him here for a reason, it's just a matter of time before he plays. That time will probably be after like the trade deadline like several others have said. And for those who are concerned he is just trade bait, look at how Morey sets up players who are about to be traded. He will often showcase his players who are on the way out before he trades them, so, with the trade deadline approaching, maybe T Will sitting on the bench isn't as bad as we think it is

Just because the Rockets don't make public what maturity issues if any, he may be having behind the scenes doesn't mean they aren't there. I won't assume for certain that is the reason either, but let's not act like he is the role model team mate coming in. There is a reason he was traded in the first place which had little to do with his talent. If he continues to work hard in practice I am confident he will get his chance eventually. If the Rocket's are trying to make a trade, however unlikely it may be, for a star player before the deadline, playing all your young players you hope to keep long term so they can learn on the job probably wouldn't be the best way to showcase the other players you may want to trade, and/or convince other stars that they could be the piece that pushes the Rockets back into being contenders. Regardless the idea that Adelman "hates to play young players" as some fans like to claim is silly. Most of our team is relatively young. Williams is 23, Lowry 24, Buddinger 22, Ish Smith 22, Jordan Hill 23, Paterick Patterson 21, Scola is "old" at 30, which is typically a players prime. Battier is "really old" at 32, with the ancient Brad Miller at 34. Martin 28, Hayes 27, Lee 25, Brooks 26. I don't think it is age that is restricting Williams chances here.
