    hey guys, did you hear about that team...the red sox, they could barely win a game (before their 8 game winning streak) until they won the world championship.

    Pops just said since SA has Houston on Wednesday and they are so hot TD & Manu would play 4 minutes in the ASG & Yao & T-Mac would play 47 minutes. ;)

    No, he meant EAR.

    Later in the interview he says, " It is amazing, you know. At that time I just wanted to go home, go to sleep, and then wake up in the morning and see coach yelling at us (smiling), he saved us, he saved our ears (from the yelling)"

    It might be a Chinese expression for "saved me from getting yelled at."

    Any Chinese speakers around?

    you totally missed the point of my post. the guy was saying the rockets sucked before they won 8 in a row. my point was that it doesn't matter what you were doing before you start winning as long as you keep winning...i never suggested that the rockets were going to go 43-0 to finish the season and win the world championship....
