T-Mac has never been this big in his upper body. He added some considerable muscle on his arms and shoulders Stromile is not skinny in my opinion. He's lengthy like T-Mac. They both have unproportionately long limbs so they look skinny. Stro might want to add some weight, but not to the point that it compromises his quickness. He'll have to defend smaller players as well like Marion
