how childish and pathetic of an argument is that? how 'bout the mvp of the team doesn't take a technical free throw even with yao out? ft's, you know, never has any sort of "coverage".

how 'bout he's supposedly a superstar and should carry the team through rough waters? how 'bout his paycheck is fatter than all others' combined, and many of us think that alone should give him more motivation (professionalism aside)?

^and that is why often times i have bigger problems with some of his fans as opposed to the player himself.

Hasn't everyone noticed that since he's been back from the knee injury he only has a good game when his jumpers are falling. There hasn't been a game yet when he just eats up the opposing team by finishing layups, dunks, and getting good space away from the defender.

Every thing has been contested jump shots. This is not even a tired thing, he's hurt folks.

Actually we have an idea what you're gonna get: when it's a big game, he'll shrink and defer. When we're not expected to win or the stakes are low, that's when t-mac thrives. That's why t-mac needs to be paired w/ another superstar to be successful, but be the #2 so he doesn't feel too much pressure. I'm glad we have him, but we need Yao to be the first option. Yao also hasn't shown he can thrive under pressure, but at least he has the determination not to give up and wither...

Against a defence playing well there isn't much to say. Im sure no Lakers fan said Kobe was an absolute trash of a Star player cause he shot 11-30 against us with only Shane Battier playing. I'd much rather he not jack up shots and give team mates good looks. Last time I checked alot of teams don't have their MVP take their technical free throws *cough* Spurs *cough*

here is another blog entry from fran. a little harsh, and imo a lil inappropriate. but many points are valid.

He honestly didn't show up against NO today thats the god honest truth. But to link the Celtics game with the NO game as some people have says tons about how much people acutally dislike the player himself when things are going bad. I don't mind criticism on the players on the Rockets team, I just notice that all these people that have suddenly come out during a 2 game losing streak had LITTLE or NOTHING to say for two months. This to me reeks of bandwagon or not true fans.

Guess what, I'm tired too. Play the captain and keep your mouth shut. Don't give us a reason to hate you, just enjoy the ride.

He is too tired even to PF.

Look at the PFs last game against Celtics, you will get the illustion that it was Rocket that dominated the paint:

    R.Alston 2
    T.McGrady 0
    L.Scola 4
    S.Battier 1
    D.Mutombo 1

    R.Rondo 0
    T.Allen 1
    K.Garnett 3
    P.Pierce 3
    K.Perkins 3

most of chinese teams emphasize spirit in players' soul , chinese players dont have as strong a body as American and Europe players , therefore ,they should defend on spirit to make up for the gap . Japanese and Korean players are alike . you may say it is good ,but it is harmful for players . such as yao ming , his ankle had been injured ,but he endured the ache keeping on games.
finally , his ankle was fractured . :(

Its not just a chinese thing.

It is normal for some players to play so hard they injure themselves. Dwayne Wade may never be the same... Penny Hardaway went through it. Grant Hill was set back some years. Tmac's back problems took him from one of the most atheletic players ever to a guy who can't get by anyone (wow 3 orlando wing players, could be a curse).

I think the T-Mac and the rockets must quickly forget about the past 2 horrible games and pick themselves up again because there is not many games and not much time left till the playoffs.

We need to be confident and be on some kind of momentum to carry it to the playoffs as it is just too hard to "turn it on" whenever we want .. The rockets the playoffs will go as far as Tracy McGrady carries us.. He needs to his his stride soon..

Heres hope for the best to a new streak!! :)

He'll be ready come playoff time. As long as he doesnt have anymore 48 minute games. At least not 2 in the same week.

. ;) You still reply to my post , although we have different opinion earlier , in fact im happy with your reply .because my posts are rarely quoted by others,
it seemed to me that only DD(i like him) and Superstar(i detest him )
quoted my posts ,i wonder whether you guys cant catch on me because of my poor English . now i know you may catch on me in part .

i knew the toughness thing of American players . Jordan,Wade , Kobe ,Alonzo
Mourning .... but T-MAC really despaird at me again and again .maybe it is due to his injury . in China ,there is no player have the same talent as T-mac,the talent is gift god favor him ,and in China there is no player as soft as T-mac ,i dont mean body soft ,i mean heart . he is wasting his talent.sorry , i point out it , i know you like T-mac.

We need couple of days to REST. Look at the schedule, it is strange. Even Bullard said it.
