oh... if it is really injury. should be at cha game. 4th q we were 77-71. tmac drove to the basket and got fouled and fell down hard. he looked painful when walking to the seat.
i just watched that part of the game again, it looked like his knee again. not the back. :(

im sure the streak took alot out of tmac & the squad.

in fact, i will go out on a limb and say that ending the streak might prove to be a good thing.

I completely understand your point about choosing between TeamMac and McChucker, but you have to admit, there is also an in between area where he needs to rise above, take over a game and impose his will by scoring, creating easy opportunities for teammates and defending. I'm not saying its about the points. I am saying it's about playing like the proverbial superstar he is supposed to be.

Nope he's better, sorry guys but this thread has NO POINT, guy leads his team to 22 game winning streak and you bash him just because he had a bad night.

If history is any indication, the Lakers of 33 wins, and bucks of 20 wins both lost the next 4 of 5 or 5 of 6 after their streaks.

Then again, history says they won championships too...

1)your down 20 in the 4th and you have a tough week ahead of ball and your saying he quit, DUMB VERY DUMB THING TO SAY if he's that bad to you, you should only watch the game when he is on the bench which is not to often which might just might be why he had a bad couple games.

Why is this even a sticky? It's completely off base and I can't believe the audacity of some of you "fans" after one loss. Suck it up and move on. Clutch, can you lock this unproductive thread?

Does it suprise you? If we are winning Tracy is the best. If we are losing (even 1 game) T-Mac's the worst and we should trade him. Some of you are just so DUMB.

    Stop it...

You people disgust me. Kobe Bryant and LeBron do the same thing. We just won 22 freekin games, man! Let's be happy. i don't think that we're gonna fall out of the playoffs. We will 2 out of 3 and take advantage of an easy closing schedule. I predict a 5 seed and rematch against Utah.

    NOT???

It was pretty much about team but if we hadn't had tmac the streak would have ended a lot quicker

No, he did lead them. He didn't carry them, but he did lead them.

sub mcgrady's name with almost any other's and see if it's still true. for example, if it wasn't for rafer's career game on sunday,...

There is. Tmac carried the Roxs on some nights and lead them statistically on many others :D

    So who did?

    Rafer Alston? Carl Landry?

I understand team made this achievement but McGrady and Yao were focusing points on this streak, T-Mac is a best player on this team, you'll bash McGrady for bad night, not Shane Battier, Carl Landry or Luis Scola.

When was the last time you made a decent post or point in the GARM? I know you have been around since 99, but everything that comes from you is purely negative. Its all "how great things used to be" or "how much I hate whats going on now"

Your name really says it all... "antisonic" does not make you a rockets fan or anything... Just means you hate Kemp, GP, and Detlef and co. Well the 90s called and they want you back so just stop posting your garbage.
