With McGrady, I feel we are going to make the playoffs but barely. In the end though, we will be playing the Lakers in the first round and it's another first round exit for McGrady Man I wonder how Tmac starts mentally every season. Each failed season must take drain him mentally as an athlete.
i expect us to evaluate his performance and go from there, wouldn't necessarily declare his stay with us over until i see how he recovers...i mean if we get a miracle and tmac comes back strong, intense, and passionate, we could still be in the hunt next year, if he doesn't and we don't get anything else then we let him go, but if he does we sign him for something smaller, he has to understand he won't get max contracts with his injury status and history in the nba as a rocket fan, and a tmac fan, i hope that he is healthy and able to help this wounded team next year, god knows we need what a healthy tmac can bring us, with him we have a chance, without him? with no one to replace him, yao, artest, or von...well i would say scola will have his work cut out for him cuz it ain't gonna be easy to put up enough points and defend without a center or a second wing defender/scorer in artest howeverrrrrr...adelman's system may run smoother than ever without the stars...lets just wait and see cause there isn't much we as fans can do now except pray to the gods of basketball to shed some mercy for our injured soldiers lol
T-Mac should be the team's leading scorer this season, if by default than anything else. So I think 21 ppg on 41% shooting sounds about right.
Why couldn't we have a healthy Tracy last year when we had a chance to do something? If Tracy comes back as strong as ever; It will be bitter sweat. We still can not win a championship even if Tracy is dropping forty a night.
hard to say considering we as the fans do not know who is or who isn't going to be on the roster. This should have been made once the roster was clear. Who knows how much he is going to average. Who knows when he is even going to step foot on the court. 20-25 ppg is realistic.
