I think it's safe to say that we now officially feel the same way about T Mac that Orlando fans felt about him right before he was traded.

I think it's also safe to say that T Mac's days in a Rockets uniform are coming to a close. Unless we win a championship this year, how on Earth can the Rockets justify signing this guy to a contract extension.

And last but not least, if Tracy misses significant games, it's not out of the question that the Rockets miss the playoffs. What will make that the final straw is that the team coughed up a first round pick to snag Artest, correct? Was the first round pick protected?

Hey Goat thanks for the Luther Head link. So are you trying to say that Tmac raped a call girl or something to that effect? Thats all this team needs is off the court drama.

    To NoLocke:

I don't normally get into arguments with children, or mentally ill people, but sometimes little glue sniffers like you need to be slapped back into line.

    A) You have added nothing substantive to the discussion. The next basketball based comment you make will be your first.
    B) You have resorted to childish, lame insults to show your frustration about a game. This shows an underdeveloped mentality.
    C) With every stupid post, you are making the world a dumber place.
    D) Clutchfans.net has been around for a long time and has developed a reputation for having intelligent discussions about the Rockets and basketball, in general. You are only hurting our reputation.
    E) Nobody likes you. Go away.

I hope he comes back ready. I can go with 3 weeks of losing, but I can't go without hope.

T-Mac will be back and we will do well. and if we have another first rond bow out this year and next.. then i guess he will win a championship in LA with his buddy Kobe while he plays Scottie Pippen except without the defense. (God i hope that doesnt happen)

T-Mac forced a trade from Orlando. I don't think T-Mac has asked for a trade from Rockets yet. If he does, there will be a lot of haters.

As for now, I just don't count on T-Mac any more for this season. I think we still make it to the post-season but no way will we be challenging the Lakers now. :(

Like I said earlier, if battier was healthy to start the season, tracy wouldve sat and rehabbed. Its kinda funny a guy like battier had ankle surgery, is a offensive liability, and has played 2 games, yet everyone has questioned the most impactful player on the team after having shoulder and knee surgery. Its really amazing who get free lunch passes and who don't.

Unlike T-Mac, noone will doubt Battier is going to play if he can.

"[The recovery time] is supposed to be 6-8 months and I'm just now reaching 6 months, so I need to take a couple weeks to just rehab it.

"It is what it is. It's my fault, really. I should have sat out. I came back extremely too early. But just looking at our schedule before the season, and realizing we had to get off to a great start, so I wanted to do whatever I could to get us off to a good start. It's tough, but for the betterment of myself and this team, I've got to get right." "

The reading skills of the people on this board never ceases to amaze me. Tmac need 6-8 months to recover. He's into his 6th month. He came back early because Battier was out. Now with Battier back and the schedule being the lightest he's gonna sit out 3 weeks to get his rehab done. Doctors said he can play his rehab on the court, but Tmac decides to shut it down anyway because he's A) feeling pain and soreness and B) playing like crap.

Amazing how people look at the situation and thinks Tmac is somehow wimping out. Are you telling me you'd rather have Tmac limping his way through 3 pt 1/8 nights? Yeah that kind of performance will get us into the playoffs for sure  Just remember all of this haterade you're spraying around when Tmac comes back in 3 weeks and start dropping 20+ pts on people...

It's different for a guy that's always hurt or always using excuses. AND, oh by the way, is the highest paid player on your team. You shouldn't get many free lunches when you make that kinda jack and don't answer the bell when it's time to get to work.
