i could care less if tmac likes screwed music...im not a HUGE fan of it myself..its just the way he said it on 97.9 he kind of had that attitude like "i dont really give a ****" and u could totally tell the DJ's were like "WTF?! u know you're in houston right?!" of course they werent being rude to him about it but if any of you guys heard it it was pretty obvious that they were pretty shocked and offended...or atleast that's what it seemed like to me...there was like a brief moment of awkward silence and then they quickly tried to change the topic
Man lets get this thread back on track. 1. Did anyone hear this interview? If so can you please summarize what he said? I remember hearing the host say "T-Macs coming up and he wants to destroy any doubters about his back for good so stick around," or something like that. Anyone have any news?
more like a 5th of liquid codeine. skrewed music is cool if you are in the right mood, but in the end its all in the production/mixing, much like dub is to jamaican music. r.i.p. d.j. screw. r.i.p. t-mac back problems!!!
This was one of the most dissappointing threads I've read in a while. I actually prefer a good Howard/Head for Garnett thread over this. The thread went like this: Tease, more tease, frustration, anger, bashing, re-tease, nothing. ppppppppplllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
I completely agree. I'd rather see him spending time with the Texans scouting out Mario Williams for CD, than with some hip-hop dj snobs on the radio
I must say as a scottish sicilian italian american that was born and raised in houston most of my life.....most rap as well as country singers really need to expand their vocabulary. Come on fellas pick up a thesaurus, a dictionary, read some literature it would do your art wonders. Would absolutely love to hear someone chop and screw Cowboy Troy and the stupid ass Badonkidonk song...talk about hilarious Is it me or is new country...more like watered down soft rock with a twang or fiddle somewhwere in the song......not buying it Nashville. I may be a 33 year old Texan but give me "Last of a Dying Breed " Jesse James any day over Brooks and Dum. SPEAKING OF MUSIC---ROBERT RANDOLPH and the FAMILY BAND new record out next month...Press On TMAC
