did anyone ever answer HOW that happened? I dont think the team ever addressed how that was missed or if it happened during rehab..
I mentioned it in another thread...I really think Tracy's biggest health issue is that he is Bi-Polar (there is evidence). I really do believe it. Tracy has all the signs of one who suffers with serious bouts of depression. It can drastically affect everything you do.
What fans are ok with how and what he's doing?! AND, $5 says he doesn't even sit on the rockets bench again until the playoffs, heck, I'd bet he won't even watch out games on FSN....
"One more thing about my letter to the world - use words like Coach, not Rick, people don't like that down here. And mix in some stuff about the fans and use the word rahab, too......I SAID UNWAVER not VON WAFER!! And sign my name as Tracy - not Tmac - that'll make me look more humble! Let me know when it's done!" Thanks for the apology, Tracy! Those are the most sincere words that a personal secretary has ever written!
Philosophy peeps, did anyone read this and think of Socrates? The whole sarcastic meaning of an apology, it's not an apology it's a defense and such, haha. It shows you I've been spending too much time in class. Clutchfans and classes begin to merge, Cogito ergo Dunk.
This was a great deal from T-Mac. He could have chosen not to reach out like this, but I think he really wants to do this now. I mean I know all the things he's said so far this season in the papers, but I think I'm going to believe in this guy ONE MORE TIME, because this could very well be his last run at basketball if he doesn't work hard on rehabbing.
Well, i 'd wish T-M healthy as soo as he can. But i hv to say, if Bilupus instead of T-M last summer, Rockets would be a championship Team. What a bity for Morey's former decision.
As a person, I accept his apology, but I want to see him apologize to RA for not telling him about the surgery personnelly before he told the media
i agree that tmac has had a horrible year, and it's pretty obvious at this point that it wasn't a good fit with him in houston. however, i don't recall him ever bad mouthing the team or any member of the team. he has had nothing but good things to say about the fans and the organization. i think the people on this board is just overly dramatic about hating this guy. he has done alot for the team, but unfortunately the wins hadn't gone our way. he could've worked harder during off-seasons. he could've played harder and gave his best effort every regular season game. however, i truly believe he gave it everything he had during the playoffs the last few years, and he truly wanted to win with this team. just unlucky sometimes.
"Every step of the way" not including steps to the Rockets bench during games. T-Mac is about to turn into Steve Francis. He doesn't have enough passion for the game (and he has too much money) to make a comeback after so much time away.
No i really don't like the guy. he has been playing with his balls for the past 2 years. i don't really care that he sunk the spurs in 33 seconds. i don't care that he has won 2 scoring titles, and i surely don't care how many times he has been to the all star game. but the playoffs?! who even cares about that. this kid is a disgrace to any team he has played for. toronto orlando and now the rockets. I SWEAR IF HE DIDN'T GET INJURED HE WOULD HAVE BEEN GONE BY NOW. Does anybody remember what he did when the all-star game came to houston? he didn't play a couple weeks before then the game comes, he plays, then after the all star game he didn't play for a while because ooooo what was it then? BACK SPASMS? THEN SHOULDER...NOW KNEE. Good player or not, i cheer for the rockets, not tmac. i cheer for the rockets to get better and when one of my players is playing games with my team....HELL YA IM GONNA GET UPSET!
No steve francis always had a passion for the game he just wasnt very smart and put off surgery for a long time. He showed up out of shape last year yes and played his way into the rotation until he got hurt. But no one can deny that he came into camp this year in amazing shape, but wasn't cleared to practice until a few weeks before he was traded. steve had the unfortunate pleasure of playing in new york under the isiah thomas regime which could suck the life out of any basketball player. it seemed like steve was able to contribute this season to the team but coach never put him in we may never know why. but passion for the game was never a weakness for francis it was one of his strengths
Yeah right...The Union will Not allow him to just to give a team money back. Unless there is an extention that is part of a rework.
Fine then 13 mil for the next two seasons as opposed to the 22 for the next one. It's good because that money could go to Ron Ron, and whatever's left over helps resign crucial role players... won't happen... McGrady and the Rockets are getting a divorce.. I think we'll see marbury in a Knicks uniform before McGrady in a rox one again....
