Not up to date on the Rocket Rowdies, however, what are they looking for. I would love to give the opposing players grief all day long.
Repost from page 2... Aesthetics... Dress for success. Wear red (we ARE the "Red Rowdies"), preferably something Rox related, but not necessarily store bought. Several of the best auditions on Aug. 26th were from people who made their own costumes for the event. Face/body paint helps as well. Enthusiasm... This is probably the single most important part of the audition. This section is for energetic, loud, enthusiastic FANATICS. You want to show the judges that you have the energy and motivation to stand up and cheer throughout the entire game like we do. Schtick... Come up with something catchy and memorable. It can be a chant, a cheer, a song, a rap, or anything that will show off your enthusiasm for the Rox. For example, I made up a marching cadence (like the chants that people in boot camp do while marching) with a Rox theme. Most importantly, do something that gets the rest of the crowd involved. A big part of the idea here is to be able to get OTHERS involved. The look, the feel, the message. That is what you need.
