damn seeing him in that shape is great. like i tell people, athletes can lose weight with the quickness. if they want to lose weight, it shouldn't be a problem.
lolol this is such a joke. Everyone thinks hes gonna come back so strong like he proclaimed. Does everyone not realize he made the same bold statements last season about making a valiant comeback then too. This clown belongs in the group as his fellow delusional washed up nba player Stephon Marbury. The only difference is that TMac has better PR guys. But this coupled with his weak mentality, and you've got a tool who just needs to get used to the fact hes never gonna be his old self again.
tmac has good PR guys? that's a nice joke all he did was "rest" last year, not work on that knee. with rest, any injury would feel good "for a while."
LOL why are you attacking me, sounds like we're on the same side here I meant better PR than Marbury. Like the way TMac showed up on the sidelines of our playoff games and we still booed him when he came on the big screen hahah that was classic. Hey, at the very least he's not making r****ded videos that show his instability like Marbury is.
I know we don't have a strong second scoring option. But I wouldn't exactly call a team of Aaron Brooks and Luis Scola an offensively challenged team. Plus Landry and Ariza are capable scorers and can get even better. Shane can pick up his scoring as well. A team being coached by Adleman can never have a leading scorer. He puts so much emphasis on team ball.
Dude, thats pretty low, the guy is still part of our roster, can't you wait till we trade him or something....and then "boo him"
it can. chris webber averaged 25-27 points for a 3 year-stretch. but tracy doesn't have that ability any longer.
We booed him because he half-assed his rehab and got himself injured again. There really is no reason to boo him this season, unless he "gives up" mid-game again. It seems his rehab is going well and Houston (if he plays semi-decent) will run out of reasons to question him.
The clown jams 1/3 of our payroll and places himself in and out of the lineup disrupting our chemistry. Then sits himself out after doctors gave him the clear. In addition, during interviews whenever they ask him why we're doing better without him he gives these cocky answers and has this smug look like he's owed something. Furthermore, he's got this weak, quit-on-his-team mentality that will never make him a leader and superstar. He's way too delusionsal for his own good. In recent day, he's done more harm than good for this organization. Gilbert Arenas v2.
He is what he is. At this point it's going to become evident that we're not going to get anything good for him even if he does perform this season. He's actually doing his rehab well this season, which is more than we can ask, considering his attitude on things.
Guys it makes him move faster! less air resistance so he dosnt hubble up and down the floor like last year he had to make some adjusments
He hubbled up and down the floor because of his bum knee. Also, there is no wind blowing around in the Toyota Center (it's an indoor sport. ) so wind resistance is hardly important.
If you were offered a 20M contract, I bet you'd probably sign it. This isn't an excuse, but it's hard to beat on the guy because of that. I've had experience with doctors misdiagnosing sports related injuries... I'm still paying for it years later. Doctors do their best, but only you know how you're really feeling. That is an opinion that has come to be accepted as fact just from sheer repetition. In '07 and '08 I wouldn't say the same thing. I don't care if he gets traded off the team, but I don't see sufficient justification to boo the guy on his home court.
I'm pretty sure he will let his hair grow back since he has time. Anyways, he looks GREAT! Plus, he still has 2+ months before the season opener if he's ready, who knows what shape he will be in by then.
