    t-mac just did the weather in Chicago with Fox's Chief Meteorologist and skillzlab friend,Amy Freeze.the pic was from it.here's another:

    well ... the beloved houston rocket tmac tracey mcgrady is in my office as i write this... he's been at ATTACK ATHLETICS on chi's west side rehab facility working on his knee with world famous trainor (tim groden the guy who trained michael jordan)

    here are the highlights from his interview being sent back via satellite to houston...
    after his feb surgery he's taking it one step at a time... now he's 5 months post op... main focus has been
    activate the muscles he could not use while recovering....

    tmak feels strong and he's got confidence now that he was lacking before due to the instability of his knee....
    tmak straight to fans "don't loose faith... i haven't and fans shouldnt wants an elite team... he's coming back with a vengenace...." he's working harder than he's ever worked in his career.

    tmak was with his old trainor wayne holt for 12 year.s.. that trainer he credits with helping him become an allstar player.... but finally tmack's wife helped set this up in chicago... he's very pleased with what's happening in his training now.

    no target date...goal is to get healthy
    so stay tuned.... he will be back for rockets full time as soon as he's ready.... he will be in uniform and GUARANTEES he will be better than he's ever been as a houston rock... "GUARANTEED."
    he is young and has unfinished biz -- just 30 and wants to get back and be his best ever.

    they call him PROFESSOR MCGRADY on the website... funny.

    his trainor from ATTACK says they are working on a new TRACY mcgrady.... a product that no one has seen before..." put a BEAST on the floor that will be unstoppable!!"
    he is very confident that tmak will come back and be "extremely successful" "one of the elite players in the league" there is a date.. but he wont say what it is!! "he will be back in houston rockets uniform giving people the business" this season.

    btw
    he's pretty tall. (i'm 5'4") he has a very fancy diamond watch. says he loves chicago in the summer time. ultimately i think he seems like a cool dude.

    After reading that, he better not get injured or lay a dud, or it's over for him...I'll be rooting for ya Tracy, because once you return, it will take a lot physical and mental toughness for you to get this team to the playoffs and that magical destination that you seek called the 2nd round.
