I honestly don't think Morey is that dumb to have a 10 mil dollar back up in Kaman playing center who is injury prone also. Or is he that desperate to get rid of McGrady and his contract which he can get rid of in basically 2 months. They went all this way with McGrady why not ride it out for 2 months. Doesn't make sense to trade him now.

True, but Clutch told us in the past that a Rockets trade has been submitted into the league offices by the deadline, so maybe we'll know in advance again, with names/teams coming out later in the day...

 

Lol trust me i know Ron is the reason. I've been running my mouth on these boards defending T-Mac and making my points that Ron is the issue because before he came nothing like this has ever happened to the Rockets like it is now with Ron here. People calling out one another and all that. Im sure guys are sick of me by now but getting rid of the 2 starters in our case is not a big problem. Hear me out.

Shane Battier. One hell of a player. Any team would love to have him. The case for us is he is not the same glue guy he use to be considering that surgery. On defense he is an excellent defender but on offense he is a glue guy who sticks in the corner. Ala Bruce Bowen for the Spurs.

Rafer Alston. Well he is Rafer . He is basically suited to be a back-up point guard not a starter as I've always said. Guys that are saying trade McGrady for Davis and Kaman are nuts. Baron would be the starter( im assuming) and we'll have Alston and Brooks on the bench. Brooks as earned that title to become the back-up. Getting rid of Rafer wouldn't be a problem. Also we have Barry on the bench who can run back-up pg in limited situation.

 

Exactly . I just want to see him win a ring and with the rockets i believe this is his best chance.
