As much as Artest sucks right now, he is still a better player than McLady at this point.

If McGrady patches up his knee problems and can stay healthy playing limited starting minutes? I think he'll be a great addition to the Lakers... either which way it's going to end up with a Laker championship or a 1st round exit.

I think he'd struggle beating out Adam Morrison for a roster spot at this point. His passing is nice, but his defense has gone from poor to atrocious and his jumper has gone from good to unreliable.

Wherever he goes next year, I honestly believe he'll find himself buried on the bench in a matter of weeks. And won't take it well at all.

It'd be funny watching him try and play D on Brooks, Paul, Deron, or Westbrook...that's for sure.

Why are people still talking about this guy? His career as it appears is over. He couldn't even make something happen while in NY after claiming the entire season that he was "ready" Stop beating the dead horse and move on with your lives already.

    And???

Mcgrady doesn't need to go to a team that already has been in the finals 3 years in a row. Could you imagine him going there and the Lakers not making it back? Tmac would get all the blame.
