Nobody needs to take a pay cut. The solution is scouting better in drafts and signing good free agents that will actually play for more than one year on the team. I love Chuckie, but sometimes, I still laugh at the fact that he's our starting PF.

Tmac is also overpaid in the sense that he hasn't even went past the first round and talk the talk but doesnt walk the talk very well when he's shooting and not playing the worth that he's being paid. I still think many other players getting paid close to what tmac is getting paid are performing better than him in the playoffs
