Swift :"Not report to Memphis" - trade is rescinded

Ok,

I just read this but it´s interesting and we could make out pretty well with Battier & James in a 3 team deal. Plus with money left can sign a Free agent. (guard).

Memphis want Gay ...ok....but Swift tell Houston that he would not report to Memphis...So Memphis deal him to another team .
Houston gets James and Battier, Memphis gets Gay and the other team (?) gets Swift.
