It is, but I don't think the Rockets will win it or even place 2nd, though. I'm not saying we cannot beat these teams, but they are better teams, overall, especially when they get healthy. Don't want set up for any future disappointments, like last year.
Yet 14th pick is more realistically than most of those things happening. There's alot of "what if or what could" in that, and really it doesn't help the players give them such high celings and expectations, when that's really not their skill level to begin with.
