Sabonis in his younger days was dunking on people everywhere. I don't think Sabonis was 370 or whatever yao is now.

I'm a lot older than Parsons and I think I would act like a kid who needs to get his picture taken with Yao while I still had a chance. I have a lot of "Man-Love" for him. It's a shame that his own body turned on him. Op....When was the picture taken? .............................. .............................. ..............................
They say you can't teach size. Well, you can't teach heart either. Young players with a wealth of talent who think the NBA owes them something should model their personal lives after Yao. If he weren't a family man, and a smart individual, he would have killed himself for this game. Even with those things, he came damn close. On another note, you can tell his career is bitter-sweet to him - there will always be the highs and lows, successes and failures, joys and miseries, but he has moved on. I don't care if this is controversial to some people: he is a champion, he is an all-time great, he easily deserves hall of fame admission. Nothing could conquer his great spirit, so his body was broken down by misfortune. I'd take him all over again. I love Yao.
watching parsons bang with that banged shoulder since the banging has been pretty impressive. Douglas said with the same injury, it screwed up his shot.
Thanks! I guess there is a good chance of Yao being at tonights game. Hope his good karma rubs off on the younger Rockets! ........... ........... ...........
And Chandler played 44 minutes during the last game. That's pushin' it, in my opinion. Great to see Yao!
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>Yao's modesty shone through today. On plans to retire his jersey, Yao deferred to previously-retired jerseys, says "I'm way behind them."</p>— Howard Chen (@ho_chenCSN) <a href="https://twitter.com/ho_chenCSN/status/298868685798510593">February 5, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> Really great to see him back. Now if only we can see him in a uniform again.
Yao Ming is back!!! Yao Ming returns to Houston, reflects upon his Rockets career Spoiler http://www.nba.com/rockets/news/big-man-back
I was really tough on this guy while he was here but man the nostalgia...just seeing him again is like raining skittles of joy. Just the thought of how he could mentor our young team and show them what "True Loyalty" is is great. I was going to be out tonight and not going to be able to watch the game but if this is the one where they retire his jersey I might have to change plans.
Yea true that. Even his biggest critics (me included) can't say enough about it. A rocket hero that won't be forgotten.
