For the life of me I can't understand why so many athletes choose to live in Pearland. It is a really crappy town. It has become overcrowded & kind of ghetto. Traffic is a mess, the urban planning leaves alot to be desired, the city's infrastructure did not adequately grow to accommodate the transition from small country town to large suburb. And you've got beautiful multi-million dollar homes right next door and across the street from trashy run down shacks and trailer parks. Spent more time in Pearland than I care to, give me Clear Lake any day.
