If I break my toe or leg and my employer does not have accomodations (e.g. ramps, escalators, elevators) for me to perform my job with my disability (even though it is "temporary"), I should be able to bring action against them. ------------------
hey i share their pain, walking is no fun! riding in a high speed golf cart is far far more exciting. it highers the chances of ppl gettin ran over in a freak golf cart accident! i hope they show him riding around on his lil cart a lot on tv during the pga tour! ------------------ i am my own worst enemy!
