What part of the word police internet commenting code says you can't describe a supreme court decision as "unconstitutional"?

I mean, I can call Korematsu unconstitutional, I can call it wrongly decided- I can call it whatever the **** I want to call it.

Was there a part of Marbury vs. Madison that says nobody can say **** decisions are unconstitutional? I don't remember.

Though, to be fair John Marshall would not have let a black woman of his speak like that, I think we can agree intergenerationally boomer - no?

Theres something like 300-500 embryos when a woman starts having her period. Thousands when females are born.

Georgia ‘bout to become the biggest welfare state in history.

Cardiac activity though means impregnated, embryos do not have cardiac activity.

This law passing sounds like a way for the GA Government to document a "fetus" then prosecute if there isn't a birth.

I think you are confusing embryos (tiny humans who have unique DNA and have already undergone a process of cellular mitosis) with ova (eggs). If a woman has a human embryo inside of her, she is pregnant (or a cannibal). If she has 500 embryos inside of her, she is the victim of some mad scientist (or she is a cannibal that broke into the IVF clinic).

Maybe non-violent protest that isn't threatening to overturn our democracy isn't top on the priority list.

Do you feel prosecuting these picketers should be a top priority over going after those that tried to overturn our election?

This is funny, it's amazing that nobody wanted to contest that vote, not even a peep.

Dog who caught car realizes there was a lot more nuance to his previous position of "we must catch the car at all costs"

Ya. It's a problem. But at the very least he's one of those few politicians who doesn't dig his heals into the sand and say empty platitudes like "I stand by my beliefs!".
