I'm just proving a point, if anybody with a working email can join the group, why should I believe that they are made up of mostly troops? Also, why won't you respond to the Zogby poll showing that 72% of troops in Iraq wanted the war to end within the year?

That's right, I advocate the non-biased organization with the majority of it's 22,000 members being Iraq/Afghan combat veterans (even if the number is just half...that's still 11,000) ...over the group of 1000...yep,...especially with the former props to Macbeth,...especially considering the following article and such...

Still ignoring the poll I see. Since I am a member of VFF now, and you listen to them, you have to listen to me and I say read the Poll and tell us what you think about 72% of troops in Iraq wanting to leave:

Sad...Damn Macbeth and the IVAW!!!!

The MacBeth testimony still lives as a recruitment device for those who would kill our troops in revenge.Dahr Jamail and IVAW are both accountable for that. IVAW’s disclaimer about not knowing about the video nor endorsing it, even if true, doesn’t absolve them. IVAW gave MacBeth unwarranted credibility and acceptance when he was telling fables. As Greyhawk of Mudville Gazette put it:

"No veteran could fail to spot MacBeth as a phony - it took about 3 seconds. But IVAW couldn't do it until after he was outed by milbloggers."
IVAW granted credibility to and used, for their own purposes, the Jesse MacBeth that gave that testimony. Dahr Jamail made sure it got circulated where it could so enrage some people that they will strap on a suicide bomb vest or plant an IED and kill our troops. IVAW only sought to verify MacBeth’s service after it was challenged by others, and the "credible" Dahr Jamail tried to pin his own actions on others.

I'm not sure if I should listen since you have lied,...but I find a poll which samples 944 soldiers out of 115,000+ to be rather weak...I further find the voice from the largest non-biased organization of combat veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan to be strong....

Hmm, Bush lied maybe we shouldn't listen to him either.

An organization of combat veterans that do not have to be combat veterans or even have served in the military ever. Makes sense.

It isn't non-biased. It is non-partisan. It was created with an inherent bias. IT was created for furthering the purpose of staying in Iraq, and Afghanistan. It is most definitely biased, but they claim to be non-partisan because they will support both Democrats and Republicans who subscribe to the same bias.

They aren't all veterans, anyone who wants can join that group.

The poll that showed 72% want it to end was indeed all soldiers, though.

As opposed to the Democrats viewpoint, which would have the U.S. be subservient to every nation or subnational group out there that claims to want to hurt us, because they think the way to stop terrorism is to not "create" terrorists through such activities as having bases in the middle east.

That isn't what Obama's plan calls for at all. It was the Bush administration that made the plans for removing bases from Saudi Arabia. But not creating terrorists is a great idea, especially when the bases such as those in IRaq would further destabilize the region, and not serve our national interests.

Unlike TJ, Obama was in favor of the strategy that killed the #3 Al-Qaeda leader. Unlike TJ, he isn't afraid to go after those responsible for 9/11 wherever they are hiding.

It seems common sense to go after terrorists where they hide.

I never said otherwise. However a majority of the 22,000 members are veterans of the Iraq/Afghanistan war...

then don't. Listen to the largest non-partisan oragnization of combat veterans from the Iraq/Afghanistan war...

It makes sense they invite Patriotic Americans to participate in the movement. It makes sense that a majority of members are still veterans nonetheless...

That's definitely a good thing, ROXRAN. A lot of the stories I've heard from soldiers has been positive.
