Guess the Steelers superbowl appearance in '96 under Cowher doesn't count

Gonna say Seattle. Pittsburgh produces offense off the turnovers it creates, but I'm not sure the Seahawks will be so generous. Plus, the Seahawks offensive line is the best the Pittsburgh defense will face - it should be a good game, but I think the Seahawks will triumph in the end.

I've actually heard a couple of people on television make this mistake. I can't believe they don't remember that. Its Barry Switzer's superbowl. Deion Sanders, Bam Morris, Slash Stewart when he was slash.

The most noteworthy thing about the 96 superbowl was larry brown winning MVP because he picked off Neil O'Donnell twice on the out route which O'Odonnell never threw wll in his entire career. And Al Davis stupidly paying Larry Brown a bunch of money the next year. He was the weakest link in the Cowboy backfield. He should've donated half his contract to Neil.

Steelers have too much momentum going their way right now...the way they had to fight to snatch that last playoff seed, winning three games on the road, beating all the top seeds. Not to discount Seattle though. I think it'll actually be a close game. And I think the reason this superbowl is being downplayed is because the teams that are in it are underrated and have gone relatively unnoticed this year. Steelers didn't turn it on till late and the Seahawks hardly ever get any love or attention.

First Super Bowl I can remember that I just don't care who wins, but I do have a bad feeling about Matt Hasselback, like he's going to try and do too much and blow it.

I like the Hawks bigtime with 4 points. I think it should be "even".

How could any self-respecting Houston fan ever route for the Pittsburgh Stealers. Those of you who have more hate for the Boys (who never beat the Oilers or Texans in any meaningfull game, ever) than the Stealers are not true fans in my book.

    Pittsburgh. The NFC sucks.

Neither team is very good though, as is par for the course with the NFL nowadays.

ESPN was talking about how many people outside Pittsburgh and Seattle just do not care about this game, that being said I think the Steelers will win it but I would like the Seahawks to.

Why did Seattle choose to get the ball first? They didn't do squat.

Only if they had a crystal ball. If Seattle had known they wouldnt have done squat on the opening drive they probably wouldnt have chosen the ball first. :p
