I'm just now reading a bit about the Ray Lewis trial, and I cannot get past the fact that he lied to police, told his friends not to talk about what happened, seemingly lost his suit he was wearing that night, and then supposedly testifies against his entourage when in reality he was testfying on their behalf that it was self defense. I don't get it. I'm all in favor of innocent until proven guilty, but just looking at it from the surface level, seems to me he should at least be getting the OJ treatment. All those actions, including payment to the families, just leads me to one conclusion, He probably was a part of the murders. Suprised people eased off him like they have.

random thought- if the Ravens win, who is most likely to win the MVP trophy? I can't imagine Ray Lewis being that dominating (because he isn't). Would it be Joe Flacco? Ray Rice? Boldin? I don't think Torrey Smith will have a big game, the D will focus in on him.

 

It seems if the QB has a half decent game, then they will get MVP.

Ray would be the next favorite.

Anyway, I totally understand why they set up the extra week in between the Championship rounds and the Super Bowl but man it makes the the time drag, just want the game to start already.
