Hmm... today's Pizza deals are intriguing all around... Papa Johns has some pretty damn good deals... but that 50 piece nuggets deal from McDonalds is hard to pass up..... hmm...

I despise Manning, and Reggie Bust with a passion, so rooting for either team is going to be difficult. I have kin folk in NOLA so I guess I'll pull for the Saints.

I was wondering the same thing. The only reason I could see for anyone having a problem with Manning is that he's on every other commercial, and they just get tired of seeing him. On a football level, I don't know how anyone could not be a fan of the guy. He's an absolute master of his craft and I love watching him.

Even as a division rival, I have nothing but respect and admiration for him.

I'm really sick of seeing him sell me stuff, but that's just the hater in me.

Brother has a right to make his dollar.

Anyway, he seems like a classy guy with an unreal skillset and an ungodly work ethic.

    Hard to hate that.

Carrie Underwood to sing the National Anthem?
    Over 1:42 -165
    Under 1:42 +135

Average length of Super Bowl Anthem's have been at 1:39, so this looks like a good bet to me. Checked on youtube and she tends to go at around 1:42 each time.

R&B singers tend to drag out the notes a bit more for big games like this, but I think a country singer like Carrie should fly through it pretty fast.

OK, I agree that they should be bringing in some more contemporary acts for the halftime show. But let's take a moment to salute arguably the best band of all time, if not one that's at least among the few in the discussion:

The High Numbers, a.k.a. The Who:

Colts haven't lost a game they tried to win.

Saints made the Vikings look weak.

I think the Colts may win but I'm going to take the Saints +the points.

OK, I turned on the car radio and they had an interview with Reggie Bush. Boy, for someone who hasn't done much in the NFL, he sure is full of himself. These are exact quotes from him:

"There ain't a linebacker in the NFL who can handle me once I get it going."

"I think I've only been caught from behind the line of scrimmage once."

"Yeah, they might try to kick it away from me because they know what kind of damage I can do on the return."

You know, back it up first, Reggie. This makes me root for the Colts even more- can't stand how they handed that "MJ" mantle to Bush before he even set foot on an NFL field. Even Vince Young walks the walk, for the most part. Go Colts!
