yeah its funny that these are talked.

oh what a exciting yet mundane life.

 

As an older married guy, I really enjoyed the Dodge Charger ad. Why? Because I am currently shopping for a new car, and the Charger is tops on my list.

Polumalu one was pure genius. I was laughing my ass off at how he was jumped a bit when he saw his little shadow. Absolutely brilliant lol.

 

I had no idea that MadTV even had a crowd.

 

I agree on the Google ad. I also remember liking the Dove for Men ad, though I don't remember how it went now, and the car commercial with the animated toys.

Ah yes, that one was pretty awesome. I've always liked the David Aber...na..something one, and this one was better.

 

Yeah, as far as the cars.com one, they will never top David Abernathy.


I mean when he approached the much older Carrie Peacore and simple said "call me" and she did that was one of the most amazing moments in warped commercial reality history.

However, by far the best Super Bowl ad was Beaver playing Violin.


BEAVER = awesome.

Then you add a freaking violin?

Then he's playing his violin at Weddings and ****?

Are you freaking kidding me?

Indeed they do! It's the simple, silly, stupid, middle-school humor that only a laugh track would genuinely laugh at. I don't think I ever laughed at a MadTV skit. And I'm not advocating SNL, as it's gotten progressively worse, at least since the last time I watched those crap shows.

But, that's another thread.

 

I'm still trying to figure out why, in that Green Police commercial, they had an anteater instead of a drug dog. What was that about?

Doritos, hands down.

Guess we won't be seeing "Jennifer's Body II, the Thumb" any time soon.
